We couldn’t be in Maine without eating the lobster (but say it “lobstah”) they are so famous for. We also discovered that they are the largest producer of blueberries in the USA. Blueberries were everywhere. When we were in Acadia we picked 7 ziplock bag fulls of them – for free! So yummy!! For another bit of trivia, Maine has more lighthouses than any other State, making 
for many picturesque moments.

Bring some of those free blueberries home to us. We eat a lot of them and they are very expensive here.
